Key Responsibilities
- Provide on-site safety, security, and emergency medical response in assigned locations.
- Deliver high-quality emergency medical care in compliance with Nevada EMT standards and National Registry protocols.
- Maintain situational awareness and act quickly to resolve security and medical incidents.
- Conduct routine patrols, monitor surveillance equipment, and manage site access control.
- Prepare and submit clear, accurate incident and medical reports.
- Offer professional customer service to clients, visitors, and the public.
- Participate in all mandatory training programs and maintain certifications.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and applicable laws/regulations.
Requirements
- Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid Nevada Guard Card.
- Valid Nevada EMT or National Registry EMT certification.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening (as permitted by law).
- Preferred:
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in security, military, or emergency response.
- Skills & Competencies:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
- Physical Requirements:
- Ability to work in various weather conditions.
- Stand/walk for extended periods.
Compensation & Benefits
- Pay Rate: $21.00 per hour
