1. Scope & Applicability

This Privacy Policy applies to all visitors, users, clients, and community members who interact with Vigilant Peak Holdings Inc. or any of its divisions, including VALANTRI Signal and VALANTRI Elite, through any website, application, platform, or service we operate.

By accessing or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy.

2. Information We Collect

We may collect the following categories of personal information:

• Contact Information — Name, email address, phone number, mailing address, and community or property address.
• Account & Platform Data — Login credentials, user preferences, and configuration settings for VALANTRI Signal or Elite platforms.
• Incident & Alert Data — Information submitted through alert functions, including alert type, location, timestamp, and response records.
• Communications — Records of inquiries, demo requests, form submissions, and correspondence with our team.
• Device & Usage Data — IP address, browser type, device identifiers, pages visited, and interaction data collected automatically when you use our services.
• Location Data — Approximate or precise location information when voluntarily submitted through alert or response functions.
• Floor-Level & Barometric Data — While you are an on-duty operator with location sharing enabled, the app reads barometric (air-pressure) and motion data from your device’s sensors to determine which floor of a multi-story building you are on, so response personnel can be located and dispatched accurately. This floor-level and barometric information is transmitted to and stored on our servers, linked to your operator account, as part of your location and incident records. We use it solely to provide and improve operational and emergency response; we do not use it for advertising, and we do not sell it or share it with third parties other than service providers that host our infrastructure on our behalf.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

• To provide, operate, and improve our security platform and services
• To respond to demo requests, inquiries, and walkthrough bookings
• To process and document security incidents and emergency alerts
• To determine the floor-level position of on-duty operators within multi-story buildings, so response personnel can be located and dispatched accurately
• To communicate with clients, HOA boards, and community administrators
• To maintain audit trails and incident documentation for legal and operational purposes
• To comply with applicable Nevada law and other legal obligations
• To protect the security and integrity of our platform and users

We do not sell your personal information to third parties for monetary consideration.

We do not use your identifiable information — or provide it to any third party — to train artificial-intelligence or machine-learning models. We may use only aggregated or de-identified information, which does not identify you, to analyze, improve, and develop our services.

4. Nevada Privacy Rights (NRS Chapter 603A)

Under Nevada Revised Statutes Chapter 603A, Nevada residents have the right to opt out of the sale of their covered information to third parties. As stated above, we do not sell personal information. However, if you wish to submit a verified opt-out request or have questions about this right, you may contact us using the information below.

Nevada residents may also request that we disclose the categories of personal information we have collected about them and the purposes for which that information is used.

5. California Privacy Rights (CCPA/CPRA)

If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act, gives you the right to know the categories and specific pieces of personal information we collect, use, and disclose; to access that information; to request correction of inaccurate information; to request deletion of your personal information; and to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of your personal information. We do not sell or share your personal information as those terms are defined, and we will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.

Where you exercise a valid deletion right, we will delete your personal information even if our standard retention period has not ended, except where we are permitted or required to retain it under applicable law.

6. Information Sharing & Disclosure

We may share your personal information only in the following circumstances:

• Service Providers — Trusted vendors who assist in operating our platform, processing payments, or delivering services, subject to confidentiality obligations.
• Community Administrators — HOA boards, property managers, or authorized personnel within your community who are contracted to use VALANTRI services.
• Legal Requirements — When required by law, court order, or government authority, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of Vigilant Peak Holdings Inc. or others.
• Business Transfers — In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to the successor's agreement to honor this Privacy Policy.

We do not share personal information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

7. Healthcare & Enterprise Deployments

Certain enterprise or healthcare deployments of our platform are governed by separate written agreements and safeguards. The standard VALANTRI community service described in this Policy is not a medical or healthcare service and is not intended or designed as a channel for health or medical information, and you should not submit health or medical details through it. If any such information is submitted, it is handled with the same security measures described in the Security section.

8. Data Retention

We retain personal information for up to six (6) years from the date it is collected. Because our services include community safety reporting, we keep reports, messages, images, and activity records for this period so they remain available if later needed for legal, evidentiary, dispute-resolution, records, or safety purposes, and we may retain information already collected for the remainder of that period even after you stop using the service or your community ends its participation.

After the retention period, we delete or de-identify the information, except for routine backups until they are overwritten in the normal cycle and information we must keep to comply with law, resolve disputes, or enforce our terms. Where applicable law gives you a valid deletion or opt-out right (see the Nevada and California sections), we will honor it even if the retention period has not ended.

9. Security

We implement commercially reasonable technical, administrative, and physical safeguards designed to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction, including encryption of personal information in transit and at rest. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

In the event of a data breach affecting Nevada residents, we will provide notification as required by Nevada law (NRS 603A.220).

10. Cookies & Tracking Technologies

Our websites may use cookies, pixels, and similar tracking technologies to improve user experience, analyze traffic, and understand how visitors interact with our platform. You may control cookie settings through your browser preferences. Disabling cookies may affect the functionality of certain features.

We do not currently respond to browser "Do Not Track" signals, but we do not sell personal information regardless. We do not permit third parties to collect covered information about your activity on our services and across other websites or online services over time for their own purposes.

11. Children's Privacy

Our services are not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If we become aware that we have collected information from a minor without parental consent, we will take steps to delete that information promptly.

12. Third-Party Links

Our websites or services may contain links to third-party websites or platforms. This Privacy Policy does not apply to those third-party sites, and we are not responsible for their privacy practices. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party sites you visit.

13. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to update this Privacy Policy at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of our services following notice of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
