Annual Program
Guard services observe and report. They are reactive by design — present in body, absent in capability. When something happens, they call someone else.
Elite is not that.
Elite places academy-trained operators inside your environment — not to observe, but to act, coordinate, and close the gap between incident and response.
They are the first signal. The first decision layer. The bridge between your residents and every system that follows.
They don't wait for systems. They become the system.
The Valantri Academy
A rigorous training program incorporating law enforcement and military methodology — built specifically for the environments Elite operators are deployed in. Four weeks of initial training covering tactical response, medical intervention, situational awareness, and behavioral screening.
Training is not one-time. Operators are continuously retrained to maintain and sharpen their capability.
Medical Capability
Elite operators respond to medical events before EMS arrives. All operators hold Stop the Bleed, CPR/AED, Trauma, and Crisis Intervention certifications. Medical Operators are certified EMTs and EMT-Advanced.
Judgment
Selected for judgment under pressure, not just physical capability. Every operator is assessed for decision-making in high-stakes, time-compressed situations.
Integration
Every action is logged, coordinated, and visible to management in real time through Signal. No radio gaps. No lost reports. No fragmentation.
Presence
Elite operators are familiar faces — operating with discretion, not uniformed observers creating anxiety. The highest standard of protection, without disruption to daily life.
What They Actually Do
Not in theory. Not on paper. In your environment, in real time.
01
Before EMS arrives. In the critical window between incident and professional response, Elite operators are already acting — medically capable and on scene.
02
When a situation involves multiple residents, responders, or locations, Elite operators coordinate in real time through Signal — no one operates on incomplete information.
03
Trained in behavioral management and de-escalation. Situations that could become incidents often don't — because an Elite operator was present and capable.
04
When something happens, one person owns it. Elite operators act as the single point of coordination — from the first signal through to documented resolution.
05
Continuous, active awareness — not passive monitoring. Elite operators identify patterns, flag anomalies, and act before situations escalate.
06
Every action, decision, and observation captured in Signal automatically — a complete, time-stamped account ready for review or legal protection.
