This Privacy Policy applies to all visitors, users, clients, and community members who interact with Vigilant Peak Holdings Inc. or any of its divisions, including VALANTRI Signal and VALANTRI Elite, through any website, application, platform, or service we operate.

• Account & Platform Data — Login credentials, user preferences, and configuration settings for VALANTRI Signal or Elite platforms.

• Communications — Records of inquiries, demo requests, form submissions, and correspondence with our team.
• Device & Usage Data — IP address, browser type, device identifiers, pages visited, and interaction data collected automatically when you use our services.
• Location Data — Approximate or precise location information when voluntarily submitted through alert or response functions.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

• To provide, operate, and improve our security platform and services
• To respond to demo requests, inquiries, and walkthrough bookings
• To process and document security incidents and emergency alerts
• To communicate with clients, HOA boards, and community administrators
• To maintain audit trails and incident documentation for legal and operational purposes

• To protect the security and integrity of our platform and users

We do not sell your personal information to third parties for monetary consideration.

4. Nevada Privacy Rights (NRS Chapter 603A)

Under Nevada Revised Statutes Chapter 603A, Nevada residents have the right to opt out of the sale of their covered information to third parties. As stated above, we do not sell personal information. However, if you wish to submit a verified opt-out request or have questions about this right, you may contact us using the information in Section 9 below.

Nevada residents may also request that we disclose the categories of personal information we have collected about them and the purposes for which that information is used.

5. Information Sharing & Disclosure

• Community Administrators — HOA boards, property managers, or authorized personnel within your community who are contracted to use VALANTRI services.
• Legal Requirements — When required by law, court order, or government authority, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of Vigilant Peak Holdings Inc. or others.
• Business Transfers — In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to the successor's agreement to honor this Privacy Policy.

We do not share personal information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, including incident documentation, legal compliance, and audit trail requirements. Incident records may be retained for extended periods given their legal significance in insurance, litigation, and regulatory contexts.

When personal information is no longer needed, we securely delete or anonymize it in accordance with our data retention practices.
