VALANTRICOMMAND

Security had a past. Now it has a future.

One standard.
Carried into every contract.

Train. Certify. Require.

A premier program for security companies who want to carry the standard — and for boards and communities who want to require it. Academy training, Signal infrastructure, and the certification that says both have been met.

Who it's for

Two ways the standard arrives.

Command sits at the intersection of two decisions — the firm choosing to operate at a higher level, and the board choosing to require it. Whichever side you're reading from, you're reading the same standard.

For security firms

Carry the standard into every bid.

Bring your operators through the Academy. Layer Signal underneath your existing operation. Walk into every contract conversation with a credential uncommon in the industry — and not easy to come by.

  • Established firms ready to differentiate
  • Bidding against undifferentiated competition
  • Looking to operate at the level top-tier clients are starting to require
For boards & communities

Require the standard before you sign.

Make Command Certification a requirement on your next RFP. Whoever you contract for security — a current vendor or a new one — arrives carrying the same training, infrastructure, and accountability VALANTRI holds itself to.

  • HOAs writing or reissuing security contracts
  • Boards raising the bar on resident expectations
  • Property managers tired of vendors that all look the same on paper

Command is how the floor moves up.

The program

Three things, delivered in one engagement.

Command isn't a course. It's a structural upgrade — the same training, infrastructure, and standard VALANTRI holds itself to, brought into your operation.

— I — Academy

Your operators, through the standard.

Your team trains at the VALANTRI Academy alongside our own. Same curriculum, same instructors, same readiness benchmark. Tactical and medical, judgment under pressure, presence as a learned trait — everything held to the standard we hold our own operators to.

— II — Signal

The coordination layer, under your operation.

Adopt Signal as the layer your team runs on. The same real-time coordination platform that connects people to response, deployed inside your existing structure — your team trained on the platform, your business kept running while it stands up. Protocols adapt to the new visibility; the team and equipment don't get replaced.

— III — Certification

Command Certification — the proof you carry into every bid.

When your team completes the program, your firm becomes a VALANTRI Command-certified partner. Carry the certification on every proposal, every RFP, and every contract conversation — a credential uncommon in the industry, and not easy to come by.

The standard

Built from both sides.

Command was designed for the moment the firm and the board want the same thing — a credential that means something on both ends. Training, infrastructure, and certification, designed together from the start. Not bolted onto separate parts of the industry.

Platform and people, designed as one. Built HIPAA-hardened, ready for the environments when minutes matter most.

The edge

What it means at the bid table.

Most contracts come down to a hairline difference between qualified firms. Command is what makes that difference visible — before the conversation even starts.

Walk in certified.

Carry the Command Certification on every bid response. Boards, property managers, and procurement officers see a credential their other vendors can't produce — answered before it has to be asked.

Show infrastructure.

When the conversation turns to capability, your firm doesn't pitch — it demonstrates. Signal in production, Academy-trained personnel, and a coordination layer the procurement team can audit in real time.

Compete on standard, not price.

The hardest contracts to win are the ones where everyone looks the same. Command moves your firm out of that pile. Pricing conversations happen on a different axis — because what you're offering isn't comparable to what they're comparing it to.

Stay independent.

You keep your name. Your contracts. Your client relationships. Command is partnership, not acquisition — VALANTRI brings the standard; you keep the business you built.

Where it fits

Three doors. One standard.

The three VALANTRI tiers serve the same kinds of communities — they differ in how VALANTRI shows up. Layer in the coordination. Raise the standard. Bring in the team.

Signal

Layer it on.

Over the security team you already have.

A coordination layer that connects people to response in real time — the team and equipment don't get replaced; the flow of information does.

Command

Raise the standard.

Certify the team you have, or require it of whoever you hire.

Academy training and Signal infrastructure, brought into a security firm's operation. A standard the firm can carry — and a board can require.

Elite

Bring in our team.

VALANTRI operators, on the grounds.

Academy-trained operators — tactical and medical — embedded in the community day-to-day. Not posted to it.

Frequently Asked

What firms and boards tend to ask.

Command sits between two audiences. These are the questions both sides bring to the table. If yours isn't here, start a conversation.

How long does the Academy take for our operators?

Academy training is a four-week program. Operators come through the same curriculum, with the same instructors, against the same readiness benchmark VALANTRI holds its own Elite operators to. Cohort timing is scoped during initial conversations.

What does Command cost?

For firms: pricing scales with team size, the scope of Signal deployment, and certification term. For boards adding Command to an RFP, there's no cost — it's a requirement you write into your procurement language. Specifics are scoped during the initial walkthrough — no boilerplate pricing.

Do firms keep their brand and existing contracts?

Yes. Command is partnership, not acquisition. Your firm keeps its name, its contracts, and the client relationships it has built. VALANTRI brings the standard; your firm carries the credential into every bid.

What if our current vendor isn't Command-certified?

Two paths. Bring your current vendor into the Command program — many established firms see Command as the differentiator their clients are starting to require. Or write the certification into your next RFP and let qualified firms come to you. We can support either conversation.

How is Command different from other security credentials?

Most security credentials cover training in isolation. Command bundles three things into a single standard: Academy training for operators, Signal as the coordination platform under the firm's operation, and certification that says both have been met. It is held to VALANTRI's own operating standard, not a generalized industry baseline.

What role does AI play in Command?

AI isn't something we added to security — it's part of how VALANTRI was built from the start. The intelligence in Signal makes information faster, more structured, and more accessible to the people responding. Every decision is still human. Every interaction is human. The platform and the people who run on it work as one — that's the DNA of how Command works.

How is data and privacy handled?

VALANTRI's platform is HIPAA-hardened — built to the data-protection level regulated environments require. Personal communication and incident data stay within the contracted environment. Vigilant Peak Holdings does not share personal information with third parties for marketing. Full details are in our Privacy Policy.

Beyond residential — does Command apply in commercial and facility environments?

Yes. The same standard that holds in residential communities applies in commercial workspaces, facilities, and other operations. VALANTRI's platform is HIPAA-hardened, operators receive HIPAA certification for engagements in compliance-sensitive environments, and we engage with facility and operations partners under appropriate compliance frameworks. Inquiries welcome — start a conversation.
